LKCS Receives CUNA Diamond Award for Rebranding & New Corporate Identity for Financial Plus Credit Union

LKCS a marketing services provider focused on the financial industry, was honored with a 2021 CUNA Diamond Award for Re-Brand and New Corporate Identity. Their logo, branding standards, and website redesign for Financial Plus Credit Union (Ottawa, IL) was recognized for creative excellence and outstanding results.

The CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council, a member-led professional development group serving the needs of credit union marketing leaders nationwide, sponsors the Diamond Awards. The annual Diamond Awards recognizes outstanding marketing and business development achievements in the credit union industry. Judges select from over 1,200 entries to award the best of the credit union industry.

“We recognize the prestige a Diamond Award brings in the industry,” said Karl Ribas, Director of Digital Services at LKCS. “CUNA is well-recognized in the credit union industry, so we’re really happy and proud to have our work awarded by their judges this year.”

Financial Plus Credit Union is an Illinois-based credit union with over 37,000 members and five branch locations. LKCS created a new logo and complete branding standards along with a website redesign. The rebrand included an update to the credit union’s color scheme, logo, typography, and supplemental design elements. The credit union is in the process of updating and re-constructing branch locations as part of the rebrand.

The website is built on the Sitefinity content management system which is integrated with LKCS’ Tool Suite. The Tool Suite provides additional web tools designed for the needs of credit unions that makes site management more efficient and industry compliant.
