LKCS has launched a new website for IAA Credit Union designed to inform users and lead them to key calls to action.
IAA Credit Union, a Bloomington, Illinois based credit union has launched a new website design and digital experience for their members at https://www.iaacu.org. With a goal of providing access to everything members would need through their website, they now offer a more robust digital branch option for new or existing members to utilize.
For this project, IAA Credit Union hired LKCS, a technology and marketing company specializing in financial institution services, including website design. After meeting and listening to the credit union’s objectives, LKCS put together a completely custom design to achieve their client’s goals including an easy way to capture more leads, even if forms were abandoned before completion.
Through research, IAA CU concluded their members wanted the ability to apply for accounts and loans online. As a result, they invested in a new online form building platform provided through LKCS. It allows anyone to securely submit an application for virtually every type of account or loan offered. The new system also allows the credit union to create their own forms without the assistance of a web developer. Now, their in-house marketing team can create custom lead generation and signup forms, as needed, for their various marketing campaigns.
Tom Quesse, lead web designer on this project, noted “It was important to make the new website interactive and engaging while pushing users to take action.”
LKCS integrated their website with ActiveCampaign, a marketing automation platform. LKCS is an ActiveCampaign agency partner.
“With ActiveCampaign, IAA Credit Union can capture data and behavior about their website visitors and members as they interact with their site and marketing campaigns,” said Sid Haas, VP of Business Development at LKCS. “They can use that information to personalize and target follow-up communications to turn leads into new deposit and loan business.”
LKCS has built integrations between ActiveCampaign and LKCS’ web tool suite and utilizing ActiveCampaign’s existing technology stack to connect to dozens of other web applications enabling their clients to harness data and trigger powerful marketing automations without extensive programming.
Chartered in 1951, IAA Credit Union has grown to over 17,000 members. They are part of the Illinois Farm Bureau (IFB) family of companies. This is the third website they have hired LKCS to develop.
