LKCS announces plans for ongoing system maintenance. Dedicated dates and times each month have been scheduled to minimize future problems.
We are happy to provide a complete turnkey e-statement solution for our customers that is secure, dependable, user-friendly and affordable. Our electronic statement application was developed to be a seamless addition to the high quality statement printing and mailing services LKCS has been offering for over four decades.
In an effort to minimize future unscheduled downtime, we have established planned network and e-statement maintenance windows from 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. Central Time on the 2nd and 3rd Thursday of each month. Our Information Technology staff does not plan on using all of this time or even requiring downtime during these windows each week but the possibility exists.
The integrity of our statement data is extremely important to us which is why we have this plan in place as well as numerous other systems in place to protect it.
In addition, our servers create automatic snapshots every Thursday in the wee hours of the morning. These snapshots occur between 1:00 – 2:00 a.m. Central Time. E-Statements are unavailable for about 10-15 minutes as the affected servers are taken offline while the snapshots are created and then brought back on-line.
