LKCS Promotes Stephanie Erlenborn to Statement Coordinator

Stephanie ErlenbornLKCS, a leading financial marketing agency, announces the promotion of Stephanie Erlenborn to Statement Coordinator. As part of her new responsibilities, Stephanie will now work with clients from the moment they decide to utilize LKCS’ Statement and Electronic Statement Services.

With attention to detail, communication, and quality, Stephanie will keep projects moving as smoothly as possible. Erlenborn will be in direct communication daily with the programming, laser printing, and mailing departments and will work to make sure that statements are processed, printed and mailed on-time, every time. To do this, she will utilize LKCS’ tracking systems to monitor the status of client files, marketing messages and onserts, inserts and newsletters to be included with statements, envelope and pre-print inventory levels, statement weight and postage requirements, statement and page counts, and much more.

Erlenborn says “I am excited to begin this new phase of my career at LKCS. I’m thrilled to help over 200 clients manage their statements each month, and encourage them to discover all the ways to promote their products and services using their statements and e-statements as an effective marketing channel. Erlenborn began her career at LKCS in 2015. During that time, she has served as a Receptionist, Bookkeeping Assistant, and Customer Service Representative. She has attended Illinois Valley Community College and Illinois State University, majoring in Accounting and Business Marketing. She also has experience in all levels of project management. During her tenure at LKCS, Erlenborn has proven to be highly organized and capable of providing the highest levels of customer service.

As one of the primary statement contacts at LKCS, Stephanie will work directly with Donna Hammerich, LKCS’ Vice President of Statement Operations. This dynamic duo is responsible for project management, communication, and overall coordination of monthly and quarterly statement and e-statement processes.
