LKCS designs fresh and innovative website for Oshkosh, Wisconsin-based credit union. The new site addresses several problems including ongoing site maintenance and ease of use.

LKCS, a leading financial marketing agency, unveiled its newest website for Winnebago Community Credit Union (Oshkosh, WI).

Kara Helwig, Vice President of Marketing for Winnebago Community Credit Union, felt the need to update the design of the website and needed a website that was easier to manage and update. The new web site solves this problem and provides the credit union with an updated brand image to carry them into the future.

“From the moment I started working with LKCS, I knew it was going to be a positive experience. I had heard nightmare stories about doing a website re-design, but the team at LKCS made our project a dream come true!” states Helwig.

LKCS developed the Winnebago Community Credit Union site from the ground up implementing their design requests within a content management system (CMS). This solution provides simplified access for the credit union’s marketing department to modify page content, quickly add and delete pages, automatically track page changes, organize site content and navigation, and improve search engine optimization.

According to Helwig, “On top of the site looking amazing, the CMS is extremely easy to learn and allows me the flexibility to make changes myself.”

The credit union also selected custom programmed website management modules including LKCS’ banner management console to upload their own banner ads, schedule banner ad presentment, and provide drag and drop control over banner ad rotation and display order.

To make the site more user-friendly for visitors, LKCS greatly improved the navigation structure, added secure forms and applications, implemented a security certificate to encrypt sensitive financial information, and formatted page content for enhanced readability.

At the site launch, Helwig praised LKCS’ web development team stating “LKCS’ expertise and professionalism made this project seamless and simple and their staff made me feel as if I were the only client they were working with.
