Two Employees Promoted to LKCS Executive Management Team

By on March 2nd, 2015 in News

LKCS announces the promotion of two longtime employees. Donna Hammerich has been promoted to Vice President of Statement Operations and Jeff Sobkowiak has been named as LKCS’ Vice President of Production.

LKCS (Peru, IL; http://www.lk-cs.com), a full service marketing communications firm serving a nationwide client base of financial institutions and other organizations, recently announced the promotions of Donna Hammerich to Vice President of Statement Operations and Jeff Sobkowiak to Vice President of Production.

Donna Hammerich began her career at LKCS in 1988 as a bindery helper. She has since served the company in many different capacities—as a press operator, receptionist, customer service/order entry assistant, accounting assistant, accounting manager, and, most recently, as Director of Statement Operations, coordinating the processing, printing and mailing of financial statements for nearly 200 financial institutions and onboarding new statement processing clients. In recognition of her commitment to client satisfaction and record of outstanding service, LKCS has promoted her to Vice-President of Statement Operations.

Hammerich attended Illinois Valley Community College as a commercial art major and has represented LKCS at numerous professional conferences and tradeshows. She counts among her professional achievements the onboarding of over 20 new clients in LKCS Statement Services in a single month last year and taking LKCS’s customer service to a personal level that other companies rarely attain, through diligent communication and attention to detail. She is always ready to learn—whether about LKCS’s new services or about innovations in project management applications—and is dedicated to helping her clients gain new business by using LKCS solutions to their best advantage.

Jeff Sobkowiak started with LKCS in 1995 as a part-time employee while still attending high school. He continued to work for the company while attending the Morrison Institute of Technology where he earned an Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Sobkowiak worked in several key production areas before assuming his current position as Production Manager where he has served the company for the past 9 years. He has completed additional courses in Industrial Electricity and Business Management at Illinois Valley Community College.

Sobkowiak is thoroughly familiar with much of LKCS’ mailing equipment. He has been instrumental in improving the efficiency and accuracy of LKCS’ intelligent envelope inserters. He has worked closely with other employees to retrofit these pieces of equipment with the latest solid state circuitry and custom LKCS programming. This has enabled LKCS to successfully manage the continuous growth of LKCS’ statement operations at the highest possible levels of accuracy.

Jeff has also demonstrated a commitment to quality control by implementing a series of checklists and routinely introducing new policies as needed. He is committed to constant growth and development of our production employees and makes sound personnel and staffing decisions.

“During their tenure, both Donna and Jeff have been key contributors to LKCS’ success. Their skills and abilities have been invaluable and they continuously embody the ‘We do that’ attitude in their careers. We are thrilled to welcome them both to LKCS’ executive management team and look forward to their continued insight,” said Mike Dudek, LKCS President.
