Century Federal Credit Union is the latest LKCS client to launch a new website. The new site features applications and technology to help it better stand out on the web.
LKCS recently launched a new web site for Century Federal Credit Union (Cleveland, OH).
Wendy Driver, Century FCU Director of Marketing asked LKCS to improve the organization, functionality and branding of the existing web site. In addition, she wanted to overhaul the credit union’s youth program and incorporate social networking. Finally, Wendy wanted to make sure that the site was easy to update.
According to Wendy, “Our new site has cool features right on our homepage like direct updates from our Facebook & Twitter pages, flash commercials, flash banners and an easy to use resource center with everything our member’s may need to access quickly, such as an ATM locator, online membership & loan applications, and financial calculators. The entire process to create the new website was trouble-free. The actual launch went down without any complications and the transition was so fast that our call center almost immediately starting receiving new calls complimenting the new site!”
LKCS incorporated control panels for the credit union to effortlessly modify loan rates, banner ads and page content. The LKCS web design team developed new logos and characters for Century FCU’s age-based youth accounts. Custom widgets were created by LKCS web programmers to incorporate social networking feeds and enhance locators and calculators as well.
“I’ve worked with numerous other companies over the years and have had numerous issues over the years, but LKCS really rocks!”, Wendy says.
