For over 40 years, it provides designers and marketers with an opportunity to assign an exact color number to design elements. Designers can work safe in the knowledge that using it will reproduce consistent and accurate color across various applications such as computer monitors, coated paper, uncoated paper, fabric, paint, and more. Basically, Pantone is the king of color in design!
For the past 20 years, Pantone Color experts release a “Color of the Year” as a means to predict designs trends for the coming year. Here they are:
2020 Pantone Color of the Year: PANTONE 19-4052 Classic Blue
